Timeshare-Exchange-Land Sale Amendments

All amendments to a timeshare, exchange or interstate land sale registration must be filed through our online system. This includes:

  • Materially adverse changes to documents and rights ($300)
  • Change in number of units, lots, or spaces ($300)
  • Courtesy notifications
  • Advertising review

To submit the change:

  1. login to our licensing system using your existing login information for the registration:

    login

  2. Select "License Maintenance" from the online options:



  3. Select "Start" next to your selected registration and follow the on-screen instructions.
