Land Surveyor-In-Training Licensing Information
Purpose:
This application is for an individual who has taken and passed the NCEES Fundamentals of Surveying Examination and is requesting to be a licensed Land Surveyor-in-Training.

Exam:
- Passed the NCEES Fundamentals of Land Surveying Exam. Please note, you will need to upload your exam NCEES results when applying online.

*Experience requirements for classes 13, 14 and 14a shall be under the direct supervision of a practicing, licensed land surveyor.
Endorsers:
- Class 12: List the names of at least three persons not related to you who are familiar with your education and experience; professors are acceptable, and signatures are not required.
- Class 13: List five (5) persons of whom at least four (4) shall be members of your profession and not related to you. At least one (1) must be listed in the Experience Record Section. At least three (3) must also be licensed Land Surveyors in the United States or its territories.
- Class 14: List five (5) persons of whom at least four (4) shall be members of your profession and not related to you. At least one (1) must be listed in the Experience Record Section. At least three (3) must also be licensed Land Surveyors in the United States or its territories.
- Class 15: List the names of at least three persons not related to you who are familiar with your education and experience; professors are acceptable, and signatures are not required.
