Will the Stimulus Payment Affect my Eligibility for Unemployment

Individual stimulus payments are not calculated as part of your benefits eligibility. This decision was expanded on 2/4/2021 to include all federal COVID-related stimulus to capture the CARES Act II stimulus.

NOTE: Beginning Sunday, May 30, 2021, unemployment claimants will be required to document their efforts to find a job as they were prior to March 19, 2020 when COVID-19 pandemic measures came into effect.
