Your team can use Career Connect grant funds for a variety of purposes, including:
- Program or curriculum development
- Training costs (e.g., tuition, instructor costs, etc.)
- Case management and placement services
- Support services:
- Childcare support services
- Transportation support services
- Housing support services
- Mental health support services
- Food support services
- Technology support services (e.g., supplies, internet connectivity, digital literacy training, laptops, etc.)
- Benefits cliff support
- Additional State sponsored supportive service programs
- Participant training equipment (e.g., industry specific tools and materials, occupational license and/or testing fee, etc.), excludes capital expenses
- Data collection, monitoring, and evaluation
- Recruitment and marketing
- Legal and administration services
