Which licensed establishments can make cannabis food and beverage products?

The following license types are authorized to manufacture food and beverage products: 

  • Producer;
  • Cultivator;
  • Micro-cultivator;
  • Product manufacturer; and,
  • Food and beverage manufacturer.

To incorporate cannabis as an ingredient in food and beverage products, a cannabis establishment must hold a license in a license type listed above and meet all licensing requirements of a food and beverage manufacturer.
