Larkin Pond is a small pond of 8.5 acres located in Middlebury, CT and owned by the Middlebury Land Trust. The pond is located on a small farm that uses the pond for irrigation. There is no public boat access. The pond is used for fishing along the southern shore where there are also hiking trails.

The 2011 CAES IAPP vegetative survey found 11 species. None of the species were invasive. None of the species were considered a nuisance, although white water lily (Nymphaea odorata) was the most dominant. The most species rich area was in the narrow cove in the southwest corner. Six species were found in this cove: white water lily, small pondweed (Potamogeton pusillus), spineless hornwort (Ceratophyllum echinatum), common duckweed (Lemna minor), watershield (Brasenia schreberi), and yellow water lily (Nuphar variegata). Cattail (Typha species) was found growing in a large patch that has started to encroach on the lake in the northwest corner.
