The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection has provided notice to the Attorney General of an abnormal market disruption regarding the wholesale price of motor gasoline or gasohol. Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 42-234, no seller of motor gasoline or gasohol shall sell, or offer to sell, an energy resource at an unconscionably excessive price between March 30, 2026, and April 30, 2026.

Attorney General Tong and Attorney General Racine to Host National Convening Against Anti-AAPI Hate

Public Convening Will Bring Together National Policy, Advocacy, Business & Legal Leaders to Talk about Solutions to Address Anti-AAPI Hate & Make Commitments to Help Bring about Change

(Washington, DC) – On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Attorney General William Tong and National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) President and District of Columbia Attorney General Karl A. Racine will co-host a national convening with the Attorney General Alliance centered on countering anti-AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) hate.

The day-long event will bring together top legal and policy experts, leading advocates, and business and corporate leaders from across the country who will discuss solutions to address anti-AAPI hate and pledge to take educational and actionable steps to help stop it.

This convening is a part of AG Racine’s NAAG Presidential Initiative, The People v. Hate: Standing Up for Humanity. The initiative aims to raise awareness of hate and bias, prevent hate from taking root in our communities, and support residents who have experienced hate.
