Joe Courtney, D-2^nd District, Attorney General George Jepsen and state Banking Commissioner Howard Pitkin will announce details of the third, state-sponsored homeowners’ mortgage assistance event scheduled for Tuesday, July 10 at the University of Connecticut Student Union in Storrs. Nearly 3,000 people have attended two previous events in Hartford and Bridgeport. The program has become a national model for other states.
