Vendors must deliver digital products, documents, and media that conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Vendors must provide a current Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on the VPAT® template, plus brief test evidence and, if needed, a time-bound remediation plan. The State will verify accessibility using keyboard-only checks, screen reader basics (e.g., NVDA), color/contrast checks, and automated tools (ANDI, axe). Accessibility must be maintained in updates, and support content (docs, help, videos) must also be accessible.
