Connecticut PK-12 Digital Backpack Program

Thank you for your interest in celebrating the hard work of the many individuals working in our school systems in Connecticut!

The purpose of this form is to collect information on when your organization can provide discounts for school staff. Please fill this form out to your fullest ability. Anyone with a school-issued ID—paraeducators, cleaning crews, bus drivers—are included in this promotion. The program will be held from June-September, but you are not expected to participate the full time. Please note in the survey when exactly you can participate, and the discounts you will be able to provide.

This program is sponsored by the Connecticut State Department of Education in collaboration with our partner state agencies and the Offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor.
