Recipients of state grants for adult education under Sections 10-67 through 10-73c of the Connecticut General Statutes (C.G.S.) each submit a revision of eligible costs for the current fiscal year.  The Revision for Supplemental Application of Adult Education Forms ED245 and ED-245A are used to collect final estimates of costs and evidence of private source funds that the CSDE will use to calculate the final May payments of state grants to be sent to provider school districts for payment to an Adult Education Provider or Cooperating Eligible Entity (CEE).
