Grant awards are contingent upon OPM approval of required grant documents to be submitted by Grantees. The grantee must complete and submit to OPM the documents listed below under the "REQUIRED DOCUMENTS" section. Until such documents are submitted to and approved by OPM, a contract does not exist.
Grant funds cannot be used for any grantee expenditures incurred before the contract start date or after the contract end date. The start date and end date of your grant is clearly indicated on your Notice of Grant Award form which is included in your contract submittal packet.
All funds must be incurred (i.e., goods and/or services are received) not later than the end date of your grant period.
Grantee agrees to all applicable conditions set forth in the General Grant Conditions and Special Grant Conditions, and agrees with all provisions as outlined within the grant's Scope of Work and Project Budget, all of which are contained as part of your grantee submittal packet.

Notice of Grant Award (click on appropriate link in table below): This document, which includes your scope of work and project budget, must be signed and dated by the individual authorized to execute contracts on behalf of the organization. The individual who signs this document should be the same individual named in the resolution. The date of grantee signature on the Notice of Grant Award cannot be earlier than the date of the resolution. Click the appropriate link below for your organization's specific Notice of Grant Award Form. Please submit two (2) copies with original signature.
General Grant Conditions: Please print two (2) copies and attach one set to each of the Notice of Grant Award forms.
Special Grant Conditions: Please print two (2) copies and attach one set to each of the Notice of Grant Award forms.
