Prevention Service Initiative Awards for Healthcare Organizations RFP - Due by October 10, 2018
Through this competitive procurement, the State of Connecticut is making available awards to healthcare organizations who are currently participating in the Prevention Service Initiative (PSI). The total pool of funding for this RFP is $1,000,000. The Prevention Service Initiative awards will enable participating Advanced Networks and FQHCs, hereafter referred to as “healthcare organizations,” to enter into financial contractual arrangements with community based organizations (CBOs) participating in the PSI. (HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Ned Lamont and Connecticut Office of Healthcare Strategy Executive Director Victoria Veltri today announced that the State of Connecticut has been accepted into the Peterson-Milbank Program for Sustainable Health Care Costs. Launched earlier this year by the Milbank Memorial Fund, the nationwide program was created to advance state efforts on addressing the growth of healthcare costs.
