(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday afternoon, the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS) will hold a public hearing in Danbury for the Certificate of Need application for the transfer of ownership of Western Connecticut Health Network, Inc. and Health Quest Systems, Inc. to a newly-formed not-for-profit parent corporation.
