Hospital Data Filing Instructions

 
The Annual Reporting filing will be due at OHS by no later than end of business day Tuesday, February 28, 2023, and the Twelve Months Actual Filing will be due at OHS by no later than end of business day Friday, March 31, 2023. Indicated below are the documents needed by hospitals to complete the two filings.
