All Connecticut acute care hospitals are required by state law to file data with OHCA on a twelve month basis.  The two filings for which OHCA collects data are the Annual Reporting Filing due on February 28^th of each year and the Twelve Months Actual Filing due on March 31^st of each year.  Hospitals submit most of this data electronically into OHCA's Hospital Reporting System (HRS) database.  A complete listing and description of each of the Annual Reporting reports is shown below:
