STATEWIDE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND SERVICES INVENTORY – 2014

Pursuant to Section 19a-634(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Office of Health Care Access shall maintain an Inventory of all health care facilities and services, as well as certain imaging equipment (MRI units, CT scanners and PET or PET-CT scanners). The inventory is conducted in support of the bi-annual Statewide Health Care Facilities and Services Plan. The initial Inventory was released in the fall of 2012 in conjunction with the release of the first Plan (see 2012 Inventory at The Plan). The 2014 Inventory is released as separate Tables detailing the various health care facilities, services and imaging equipment in the State at this time. Below is listed each of these tables, which in their totality represents the 2014 Inventory. The Inventory was compiled based upon survey responses received from industry providers and from facility licensure sources. Click on the hyperlinks for each table to access the 2014 Inventory information.
