  • On August 20, 2018, OHS HSP deemed complete the Yale New Haven Hospital application to acquire a dedicated Neonatal Magnetic Resonance Imaging scanner at 20 York Street, New Haven, CT 06510.  Docket Number 18-32237-CON

  • On August 17, 2018, OHCA deemed complete the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center’s application to terminate its Pediatric Clinic at 1000 Asylum Street, Hartford. Docket Number 18-32225-CON

  • On July 26, 2018, OHCA deemed complete The Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (“TCHH”) and Endoscopy Center of Northwest Connecticut, LLC’s (“Endoscopy Center”) application to transfer 51% ownership interest of the Endoscopy Center to TCHH. Docket Number 18-32228-CON

  • On July 26, 2018, OHCA deemed complete The Hospital of Central Connecticut (“HOCC”) and the Central Connecticut Endoscopy Center, LLC’s (“Endoscopy Center”) application to transfer 44.5% ownership interest (for a total of 51%) of the Endoscopy Center to HOCC. Docket Number 18-32230-CON
