Special Information for Parents About HUSKY B

The Children’s Health Insurance Program (known in Connecticut as HUSKY B) has been extended through September 2027

On February 9, 2018, the President signed the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018, legislation that adds four years of funding to the six-year extension previously authorized for CHIP.  This is great news for families of more than 17,000 children currently enrolled in HUSKY B, and for the availability of the program over the next decade.
