Commissioner Ron Welch (BG Ret.) and the Middletown Council of Veterans invites Veterans and members of the public to join us on Memorial Day to honor and remember our fallen heroes. Program Fee

Veterans are all required to comply with the Residential Facility Program Fee Policy. Following a four month billing grace period, each Veteran admitted to the Residential Facility will be billed at a rate of 30% of their monthly income.
