On September 21, 2020, Businesses and Bulk Filers can create their myconneCT username and will be required to use myconneCT to file, pay, and manage the following tax types:

IMPORTANT: In preparation for this transition, effective Wednesday, September 2, 2020, the tax types listed above will be disabled in the TSC, however, the TSC will continue to accept required payroll and non-payroll payments (CT-WH and CT-8109) through the end of September.

Taxpayer Service Center (TSC) Update
The TSC now accepts estimated payments electronically on Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI ES.
As a follow-up to prior DRS guidance and Special Notice SN 2018(4), Guidance on 2018 Estimated Payments for the Newly Enacted Pass-Through Entity Tax, taxpayers should note the TSC now accepts estimated payments electronically on Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI ES for tax year 2018.
To file online:

Go to the DRS homepage;

Click on the TSC logo;

Select the ‘For Businesses’ or ‘For Practitioners’ login button; and

Log into your business account (you must know your CT tax registration number, User ID, and TSC password).
If you do not have a CT tax registration number:

From left hand tool bar on TSC Welcome page, select ‘File/Pay Form CT-1065/CT-1120’; and

Follow the prompts.
For tax year 2018, you may also make estimated payments by coupon. Starting with tax year 2019, however, you must make payments electronically.
