Information for Monkeypox Vaccine Providers

The information below is for providers currently partnering with Connecticut Department of Public Health to administer JYNNEOS vaccine as part of the monkeypox vaccine provider network. Providers not currently in the network but interested in joining should contact DPH via with the subject “Interested in becoming Monkeypox Vaccine Provider.” Expressed interest does not guarantee participation but all requests will be considered.
