Take Exit 21 (Meadow Street & Bank Street)
Right at end of the exit onto Field Street
Municipal Parking Garage is on the Right.
FROM THE WEST USING I-84 EAST
Take Exit 21
Right at end of the exit
At second traffic light turn right
Go through Stop Sign and Municipal Parking Garage is on the Right.
If you want to drive to the building, continue past the parking garage and at the next light, go across the intersection onto Levenworth. Park any where on this block. Follow Levenworth to the next stop light, the Rowland Building is on your right and the Green is in front of you. Turn left and follow around to other side of Green for additional on street parking.

Take Exit 32
Right onto Freight Street
Right onto Meadow Street
Left onto Grand Street
Right onto Field Street
Left into Municipal Parking Garage.

At end of Field Street cross Grand Street to Leavenworth Street
Walk to end of Leavenworth Street
Rowland State Government Center is on the right.
FROM COTTAGE STREET EXIT (BY POST OFFICE)
Proceed down Cottage Street to Grand Street
Go left on Grand Street and cross Grand Street
Turn right down Leavenworth Street
At end of Leavenworth Street the Rowland State Government Center is on the right.
FROM THE ELEVATORS (CORNER OF BANK ST. & GRAND ST.)
Cross Grand St. at the Corner of Bank & Grand Streets
Walk down Bank Street
Turn left at the corner to West Main Street
Rowland State Government Center is on the left.
