The First Full Week of October is Mental Illness Awareness Week

Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition. During the first full week of October, we observe Mental Illness Awareness Week to raise awareness. Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible. Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
