The FFY 2024-2025 Combined Mental Health and Substance Use Block Grant Application is due for submission to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) by September 1, 2023. Block Grant funds supplement state funds for mental health and/or substance use services for persons across the life span. DMHAS completes this application jointly with DCF.
