• Take Exit #27 (Lafayette Boulevard)
• At end of ramp proceed to third traffic light; turn LEFT.
• Proceed to the sixth traffic light Fairfield Avenue
• Turn right onto Fairfield avenue, proceed three blocks to Middle Street
• Turn left onto Middle Street., 97 Middle Street is on your left.

FROM 1-95 SOUTH:

• Take Exit #27 (Lafayette Boulevard)
• The exit ramp will split—bear RIGHT, turning onto Lafayette Blvd.
• Proceed to the fifth traffic light Fairfield Avenue
• Turn RIGHT onto Fairfield Avenue, proceed three blocks to Middle Street.
• Turn left onto Middle Street, 97 Middle Street is on your left.

• Metered parking is available on the street: 25 cents per ½ hour or park in the Holiday Inn garage.
• SWCMHS occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of the building
