If you are witnessing a suspicious or illegal activity in progress, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

The more details you can provide the more helpful your information will be in assisting law enforcement. Always keep in mind your safety comes first. Never confront, pursue, or in any way interfere with anyone whom you believe is acting suspiciously.

The information below will be submitted anonymously unless you choose to provide your name, email, or phone number.

 

 

Homeland Security (HLS) Tip Line

See something, Say somethingThe general public and officials are encouraged to report information concerning suspicious or criminal activity potentially related to terrorism using the Homeland Security (HLS) Tips Line.  The information will be forwarded to the Connecticut Intelligence Center (CTIC), which may be forwarded to the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) or to the Homeland Security Operations Center (HSOC) if warranted.

A 24/7 Toll-free tips line, which allows the citizens of Connecticut a single point of contact to report suspicious incidents or suspected acts of terrorism.

CT Safe Web App

The CT Safe Mobile Application, in collaboration with the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP), along with the Connecticut Intelligence Center (CTIC), allows citizens of Connecticut to report on suspicious activities within their communities.
