Household Hazardous Waste Programs and Collection Schedule
Select your town from the following list to find local dates. We will continue to update the list as new dates become available. If your town does not appear on this list, your municipality may not be holding a collection event this year. To find out when the next event might be held contact your local Department of Public Works. Household Hazardous Waste Collections generally run from April to early November.NOTE: For those homeowners wishing to properly dispose of oil based and latex paint including stains, varnishes and shellacs, go to www.paintcare.org
DEEP suggests that residents check ahead with their local collection program for any restrictions that might apply. Phone numbers for each collection program are provided below. Just pick your town from the drop-down menu and click on it. The phone number will be listed at the bottom of the green bar above the collection dates for your program. COVID restrictions and other information about household hazardous waste collections may also be posted on your town's website.
