How To Apply

To apply for an AWI apprenticeship:

1. Click this link to access the application
2. Click “More” in the FY23 Arts Workforce Initiative box
3. Click “Apply”
4. Name your application:  First & Last Name
   
   *You will be prompted to login (if you are a returning user of the SurveyMonkey Apply platform) or register (if you are new to the platform).  The register tab is located in the top right corner of the screen.
