Online:
  • Go to https://elicense.ct.gov
  • Access your account by entering your User Id and Password
  • Select Address and General Maintenance under Online Services to submit your address change
  • If you need your User Id and Password, submit a request to dcp.online@ct.gov
To report a change of address, send an email to dcp.online@ct.gov and include the following:
  1. Name
  2. License, permit or registration type
  3. License, permit or registration number
  4. Email address
  5. Current address of record
  6. New address

Name Change

To report a name change for an individual, send an email to dcp.online@ct.gov and include the following:
  1. Current name
  2. License, permit or registration type
  3. License, permit or registration number
  4. Email address
  5. New name 
  6. A copy of an official court document reflecting the legal name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree) or a copy of a driver's license reflecting the name change
