Bedding Secondhand Dealer

Due to current events, it is highly recommended that all applications and renewals be submitted online.  Our ability to receive and process mailed applications, renewal notices and payments will be significantly delayed

Prerequisites:   

  • A second hand dealer may sell or rent any used bedding or upholstered furniture. A sterilization/sanitation permit is required. Sanitized and non-sanitized materials must be kept separately in your facility. The approved method for sanitation is a chemical spray called Sterifab. See below for instructions on how to apply Sterifab.

Required Documentation:   

  • All firms must submit duplicate copies of your law labels. It is suggested that printer’s proofs be submitted for approval prior to printing the final product to avoid the possibility of an error.
