Food Safety Classes for Cottage Food Operators

Before you may apply for a cottage food license, you must complete a ServSafe Food Handler course. Many of the community colleges in Connecticut offer these courses; please consult the Community College Course website or contact your local community college for availability and cost information.  Some Adult Education Providers also offer food handler courses. You are advised to contact your local or regional provider for further information.
