Payment requests should be submitted through the School Construction Grants Management System on the State Department of Education website Opens in a new window using the ED046 tab within the web browser. Additionally, each project that is ready to report final actual project costs should complete the final grant application for a school construction project using the ED049F tab through the same link provided above. The final grant application should be consistent with the figures represented on the final payment request.
