Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities Data

Connecticut is focused on reducing the impact of COVID-19 on our most vulnerable populations. That is why the state continues to monitor for cases and outbreaks of COVID-19 in assisted living facilities.

NOTICE: Effective May 19, 2022, the Connecticut Department of Public Health launched the COVID-19 Nursing Home data portal. From this point forward, all of the nursing home updates will be published on that data portal and will no longer be published in PDF documents on this page.

To access the COVID-19 Nursing Home data portal, click here.

Nursing home data is also available on the CMS Nursing Home Data page and the CT Open Data Portal.
