Final Decision
As all of the parties failed to appear for the public hearing scheduled for today, March 13, 2000 at 10:00 a.m., the Complainants and the Commission thereby failed to establish a prima facie case on any of their claims of discrimination alleged in their Complaints against the Respondents. Therefore, for the reasons set forth on the record of the public hearing, it is hereby ordered that the six Complaints be, and hereby are, DISMISSED.
