If you are looking to file a discrimination complaint with the Commission, the office you should contact depends on where the discrimination occurred and what type of discrimination you experienced.

All housing discrimination cases are processed at the Housing Discrimination Unit. All whistleblower cases are processed at the Office of Public Hearings.

Otherwise, employment, public accommodations, and credit transaction discrimination cases are all filed at one of our regional offices.
