  The Office of Health Strategy (OHS) is seeking proposals from public and private organizations to work with the OHS, the Office of Early Childhood (OEC), and the Department of Social Services (DSS) to research and develop reimbursement and sustainability plans related to the Universal Nurse Home Visiting-Community Health Worker Pilot Program of Greater Bridgeport, known as Family Bridge.
