Scope of Work: |
Demolition of garage structure and 2nd floor in law apartment and existing foundation. Reconstruction of in law apartment in wood frame construction on concrete pier foundation. Lifting of main house also on concrete pier foundation. Selective demolition of main house’s exterior walls; demolition of end gable wall and replacement with wood frame construction. Addition of a 2 stop elevator. Interior rehabilitation: New finishes on first floor; 2nd floor repairs. New electrical, mechanical and plumbing. New exterior siding and insulation. Removal of old deck structural support. New rear treated wood deck and main entry access deck. Lead and Mold Remediation. |
