Scope of Work: |
Selective demolition, including entire existing Sun Room. Lift and relocate existing house structure onto new foundation elsewhere on the site. Installation of a new pre-fabricated sun room at new house location. New exterior decks and stairs. Replacement of existing cedar shake shingle roofing with new fiberglass based asphalt roof shingle system. Selective interior renovations. Modifications to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate house lift/move. Asbestos Abatement and Microbial Remediation.
