Scope of Work: |
Selective and general demolition removing existing rear deck and all items within the basement below the floor joists, including but not limited to, trim, doors, drywall, insulation, framing, MEP, etc. Lead abatement. Infill basement partially and install flood vents. Install a pier type foundation under a new small addition. Move all MEP items into the addition. Minor interior repairs in existing kitchen, hall closet and hall bathroom. |
