Scope of Work: |
Selective and general demolition, asbestos abatement, PCB abatement, and lead abatement. Elevation of residence and removal of some portions of the foundation, extension of block foundation and the construction of a new pier-type foundation. Removal of existing garage and utility room, erosion controls and excavation activities. Relocation of existing mechanical items. Framing extension of roofing system, new roofing. Paint entire exterior. Minor interior repair and paint. Envelope insulation. Scope for this project to encompass most, if not all, divisions of construction. |
