Selective demolition, including existing foundation after house move. Lift and relocate existing house structure onto new foundation elsewhere on the site. New concrete foundation. New wood-framed additions. New residential elevator. New pressure treated wood decks and stairs. Modifications to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate house lift/move. Lead-Based Paint Remediation.
