The following adoption by the Connecticut General Assembly of Special Act 21-8, CHRO engaged Griffin & Strong, P.C. to conduct a disparity study. The study will examine whether Connecticut's dedicated procurement program, established under section 4a-60g of the Connecticut General Statutes, achieves its goal of facilitating the participation in state contracting and procurement of small contractors and minority business enterprises.
