Clean Slate Hearings

The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) will hold an in-person special meeting at DESPP Headquarters, 1111 Country Club Road, Middletown, CT 06457, on October 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct administrative hearings concerning DESPP’s denial of the following individuals’ requests for clean slate erasure of their criminal conviction(s) pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §§ 54-142a and 54-142t.
