Clean Slate Hearings

The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) will hold an in-person special meeting at DESPP Headquarters, 1111 Country Club Road, Middletown, CT 06457, on June 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct administrative hearings concerning DESPP’s denial of the following listed individuals’ requests for clean slate erasure of their criminal conviction(s) pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §§ 54-142a and 54-142t:  (1) Gabriel Morales; (2) Keith Laferriere; (3) Jesse LaRock; (4) Christopher Lee; (5) Troy Mein; (6) Ben Rojas; (7) Donald Jackson; (8) Albert Keenan; (9) Robert Kovaleski.
