Clean Slate Hearings

The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) will hold an in-person special meeting at DESPP Headquarters, 1111 Country Club Road, Middletown, CT 06457, on August 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct administrative hearings concerning DESPP’s denial of the following listed individuals’ requests for clean slate erasure of their criminal conviction(s) pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §§ 54-142a and 54-142t:  (1) Jason Emerson; (2) William Quinn (3) Jonathan Brenes; (4) Matthew Johnson; (5) Jean Damas; (6) Robert Girao; (7) Anthony D’Amico; (8) Hosan Lamont Davis; (9) Javier Garcia; (10) Kristin Gardiner; (11) Lavon Hamilton; (12) Chung Hoang; (13) William Hodge; (14) Andrew Foote; (15) George Janosov; (16) Amanda Perez.
