Troopers Seek Public’s Help Identifying Larceny Suspect
MIDDLETOWN, CT (September 9, 2016) – Troopers are asking for the public’s help to identify an individual suspected of committing larceny at Middlesex Community College.
On Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at approximately 10:50 a.m., Troopers from Troop F – Westbrook were dispatched to Middlesex Community College located at 100 Training Hill Road, Middletown for a reported theft. Upon arriving on scene, Troopers learned that the suspect entered one of the staff offices and stole the wallet of a Middlesex Community College employee. Based on video surveillance the theft was found to have occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. After leaving the college, the suspect went to Walgreens (Main Street, Middletown) at approximately 2:44 p.m. where he used the victim’s credit card to make purchases. The suspect's vehicle is a gray/silver, older model 4-door sedan, similar to a 1998 Acura TL with a sunroof.
