State Police Make Sexual Assault Arrest
On 12/04/09 the victim in this case, who is a minor, reported that a sexual assault incident had occurred in March 2009. The incident took place at a private residence in Prospect. Troopers initiated a criminal investigation that revealed evidence and facts in the case that caused State Police Detectives to apply to Superior Court for an arrest warrant for the accused. The arrest warrant was issued by the court for the accused.
On 05/06/10 at approximately 10:30 a.m. the accused was formally arrested at State Police Troop I in Bethany. The accused GRAZIOSA was processed and released on a $30,000.00 court set bond. Accused GRAZIOSA will appear in GA-4 Waterbury Superior Court on 05/18/10.

No additional arrests are anticipated.
