STATE POLICE MAKE ARREST IN WOODBURY HOME INVASION

Today, 01/14/10, at 3:04 a.m. State Police Troop-L Litchfield received a 911 call reporting that a home invasion had taken place at a residence located 302 Tuttle Road in Woodbury.  Troopers and Officers from the Woodbury resident State Troopers Office responded to the scene.

Troopers obtained a physical description of the suspects and also learned that two suspects were armed and entered the residence. They tied up the occupants of the house and took several items from the home.  There were no injuries sustained during this incident.  

State Police Major Crime Detectives responded to conduct the investigation into this incident.  All surrounding police departments were notified of this incident and of a description of the suspects and suspects vehicle. Detectives and troopers searched the residence for physical and forensic evidence. Troopers determined this to be an  isolated incident and developed information and leads regarding suspects in this case. 

The following arrests were made:

1)  Eduardo Malave (date of birth 03-02-1987)

     LKA – 24 Oak Street, Norwalk, Connecticut

Charges – Conspiracy (Home Invasion) 53a-48 (53a-100aa), Home Invasion 53a-100aa,  Conspiracy (Robbery 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-134), Robbery 1^st 53a-134, Conspiracy (Unlawful Restraint 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-95), Unlawful Restraint 1^st Degree 53a-95. (held in lieu of a $750,000 bond)

2)  Jorge Vallejo  (date of birth 07-20-1987)

     LKA – 57 Glenwood Ave, Norwalk, Connecticut

Charges – Conspiracy (Home Invasion) 53a-48 (53a-100aa), Home Invasion 53a-100aa, Conspiracy (Robbery 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-134), Robbery 1^st 53a-134, Conspiracy (Unlawful Restraint 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-95), Unlawful Restraint 1^st Degree 53a-95.

(held in lieu of a $750,000 bond)

3)  Rudduch Lindsay (date of birth 01-23-1978)

     LKA -  1 Birge Street, Danbury, Connecticut

Charges – Conspiracy (Home Invasion) 53a-48 (53a-100aa), Aiding and Abetting (Home Invasion) 53a-8 (53a-100aa), Conspiracy (Robbery 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-134), Aiding and Abetting (Robbery 1^st) 53a-134 (53a-134), Conspiracy (Unlawful Restraint 1^st Degree) 53a-48 (53a-95). (held in lieu of a $500,000 bond)
