STATE TROOPERS EXTRADITE MASSACHUSETTS MAN
FOR BRADLEY AIRPORT BOMB THREAT
On 12/02/09 Ronderic Finch (D.O.B. 10/01/74) from 66 Nathaniel Street, Springfield, MA was extradited from Massachusetts on an active arrest warrant for an incident on 11/13/09 where an employee at Bradley International Airport reported that a bomb threat was received. Airport personnel were notified and a complete search of the airport was conducted. Emergency Service Unit Bomb Technicians responded and conducted sweeps of the airport and parking areas. No devices were located. No flights were cancelled or delayed as a result of the threat. Members of JTTF and FBI were notified and assisted. CDMC Detectives prepared and secured an extraditable arrest warrant for the accused in which the Massachusetts State Police arrested the accused as a fugitive from justice in Massachusetts based on the active CSP arrest warrant. The accused was taken into custody by CSP Detectives, transported to Troop “H” where he was processed and held on a $500,000 court-set bond with a scheduled court date of 12/03/09 for Enfield Superior court GA-13. He was charged with Threatening 1st 53a-61aa, Act of Terrorism 53a-300, Harassment 2nd 53a-183and Breach of Peace 2nd 53a-181. No further arrests.
